Warranty Information

Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty

 

CasualWay warrants to the original retail purchaser that this product is free from manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for a period of 6 months from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only for normal and expected uses, as determined by the manufacturer. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser who made a purchase from authorized dealers. An original receipt or proof of purchase, as well as proof of defect, is required. At its discretion, CasualWay may provide replacement parts for defective parts to the original purchaser after its own review and examination. CasualWay will not be responsible for shipping costs incurred outside the country of purchase. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser for 6 months from the date of purchase and is not transferable. 

 

WARRANTY RETURN ADVISORY — Before returning any part or product to CasualWay or its designated representative, please contact customer support at support@casualwayliving.com to obtain prior authorization and shipping instructions. Our Customer Support will determine whether a return is required and may request pictures of the unit in place of a return.

All shipping costs must be prepaid, and CasualWay is not responsible for products damaged in transit.

What’s not covered by this warranty

 

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, or misuse of this product. This warranty does not apply to damages caused by wind, rain, or other forces of nature, nor to accidental or deliberated damage of the product, nor to use of the product that does not conform with the product instructions including disregard of the safety and maintenance instructions. It is your responsibility to read and save the instructions before attempting to set up your canopy.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident or unexpected events (e.g. fire, lightning, floods) or damage caused by transport.

This warranty shall be void as to any product which has been altered or modified in any manner.

Certain regions are extreme on canopy tops of any kind. If you live in Arizona, Florida, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Hawaii, or altitudes above 3000 feet the warranty period for your canopy top and sidewalls will be limited to 3 months from the date of original purchase.

This warranty does not cover any product purchased through nonauthorized dealers and/or online auction websites.

This product is designed and intended for temporary usage. Prolonged exposure to UV rays will cause any fabric to fade and deteriorate and is NOT covered by this Limited Warranty.

All replacement products or parts will assume the remaining warranty of the original product.  

CasualWay does not warrant against and under no circumstances shall CasualWay be liable or responsible for any personal loss, injury, or direct or indirect incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product.
